How This Editorial Director Found Her Niche And Learned That Nice Is "In Fashion"

This is the second in a three-part series taking a look at what it’s like to work at an emerging luxury media company from a variety of employee perspectives. Coveteur tells originated as a platform to share the stories of the fashion elite and behind the scenes stars through their closets. We applied the Coveteur approach to their office space. What can an office reveal about the lessons learned, productivity hacks and inspirations of the people who inhabit it.

College: New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study

First job: Domino Magazine, Marketing Assistant

What I wanted to be when I was a kid:

I liked science and biology, but I also really was creative and loved to write. I loved everything, but I had a hard time focusing.

What I studied in college:

I was in a program at NYU that allows you to design your own major. I focused on history and writing because I thought if you get out of college, and you can write well and you know a little bit about a lot of different things, you can be pretty much anything, except maybe a doctor!
